For under 65k you are really dreaming. This thing would need to have a salvage title or some serious blemishes to even get close to that. The lowest I have seen so far after a quick browse is around 75K. You would have better luck finding a nice 996.

One time I was driving back down I5 from Portland, and in the Cascades I saw a beautiful green GT2 RS getting loaded onto a flatbed. It was February and the GT2 had no business being out especially since it was cold and wet with temperatures hovering around 34 degrees F. I couldn't see the damage, but it looked like it spun and tore the passenger side up. I had a sad for it.
And this was a cool story bro. . .
Set your sights on a 996 GT3 if you want one. . .
